Data controller

D-ServiceItalia S.r.l., Via Regina Margherita 12, 91015 Custonaci (TP), Italy, VAT 02520560810, is the data controller for personal data collected through the Hevrel app, the web portal app.hevrel.com, and related services.

Data we collect

  • Identity and contact details: first name, last name, email, phone
  • Login credentials and OAuth identifiers (Google, Facebook, Apple)
  • Geolocation (with consent) for map, station search, and charging start
  • Charging session data: station, energy, duration, amounts
  • Payment data processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
  • Billing and tax profile data if voluntarily provided
  • Reports and support requests submitted by the user

Purposes and legal basis

  • Providing the eMSP service and account management (contract performance)
  • Payments, receipts, and invoicing (contract and legal obligations)
  • Security, abuse prevention, and support (legitimate interest)
  • Consents requested at first app launch and registration (consent)

Recipients and processors

Data may be processed by providers acting as processors, including:

  • Stripe (payments)
  • OVH / cloud infrastructure in the European Union (hosting)
  • Charging network partners (CPO/eMSP) for session start and stop
  • Transactional email providers for account verification and service messages

Retention

  • Account data: until the user deletes the account
  • Tax documents: for the period required by applicable law
  • Technical logs: only as long as necessary for service security

Your rights

You may exercise GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) by emailing segreteria@d-serviceitalia.it or info@d-serviceitalia.it.

You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

From the web portal you can export your data and request account deletion.

Transfers and security

  • Data is mainly processed within the European Union
  • Appropriate technical and organizational measures are applied
  • We do not sell personal data to third parties
