Terms and Conditions – Hevrel

1. Scope
Hevrel is a digital platform operated by D-ServiceItalia S.r.l. that helps users find EV charging stations, start charging sessions through network partners (eMSP/CPO), and manage payments, receipts, and related documents.
Use of the mobile app, web portal, and related services implies full acceptance of these Terms.
2. Account and requirements
- You must provide accurate data and keep it up to date
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential
- The same account can be used on the app and web portal
- You must accept the Privacy Policy and these Terms at registration or first launch
3. Charging and payments
Charging is provided by third-party network operators. Hevrel facilitates access but does not guarantee continuous availability of every station.
Payments are processed through Stripe using enabled payment methods. Prices and amounts are shown before confirmation when possible.
4. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, D-ServiceItalia S.r.l. is not liable for disruptions attributable to network operators or circumstances outside its direct control.
- Stations that are offline, faulty, occupied, or temporarily unavailable
- Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information from third parties
- Damages arising from exclusive reliance on app information
- Network outages, device failures, or force majeure
5. Acceptable use
- Fraudulent or harmful use is prohibited
- Unauthorized access attempts are prohibited
- We may suspend or close accounts in case of serious violations
6. Changes
We may update these Terms. Updated versions will be published on hevrel.com and/or in the app. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
7. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Consumer jurisdiction rules apply where applicable.
